A warehouse filled with waste paper has burned on Thursday 06.04.2023 in Varel in the district of Friesland (Germany). The hall is located one hundred meters away from the main site of the paper and cardboard mill, as confirmed by the police. Residents were not endangered, nor was there any major smoke development. Firefighters from Varel extinguished the fire with the support of the LUF 60 firefighting robot in the evening.
